Hi, I'm Marie, and I am so glad you have found me.

I am a yoga teacher, a spiritual guide and a sound and energy healer. I am also a Mother, Partner and award winning goldsmith. I am many things, something that has taken me time and courage to embrace. For the conditioning to fall away, for the to re-membering of my true authentic self and to learn to lean in, not away from what lies deep within me.

Raw, ancient, devine and free.

And it is my practice, both on and off the mat has brought me to this sacred place of acceptance. This is now my path, and honour, to offer space for you to do the same.

To weave the healing and ancient magic of movement, sound vibration and energy into transformational experiences and immersions, that provide you with the tools to connect deeply to the wisdom of your own soul.

And so here you will find all of my offerings, in the forms I am passionate and deeply driven to share.

So whether you join me in class, in a one-to-one energy healing, a sacred sound ritual, or a fully transformational retreat of self discovery, I cannot wait for our journey together to begin........
