Your Sadhana - Devotional Practice
Yoga for me has become a way of life. It is what takes place on and off the mat. It is a living practice, of which the Asana, movement based practice keeps my body well and strong. As we move we cleanse the whole system which systematically reduces catabolic cell deteriation. Blended with Pranyama breathwork and Kundalini, we can awaken the chakra system, powerful energy centres that regulate hormonal funtion and prodution through the entire body. The nervous system becomes regulated and a deep mind and body connection takes place...........
