We’re so thrilled to be teaching regular Wild Soul Yoga classes at Saltdean Lido — a vibrant and iconic venue in our local community.
This historic Art Deco gem has been lovingly restored and is now home to more than just swimming. It’s a beautiful, welcoming space where wellness, connection, and movement come together — and we’re honoured to bring our yoga offerings to its heart.

A fluid, creative vinyasa-style class that blends movement and breath to help you feel grounded, energised, and deeply connected to your body.

A slow, nourishing practice designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and support emotional balance through longer-held postures and deep stillness.
🌸 Community Circles & Workshops
Occasionally, we host special events at the Lido — think women’s circles, seasonal rituals, and soul-nourishing workshops that deepen your practice beyond the mat.
