Sauna and Sacred Sound Ceremony - Sunday 8th March 1-4pm

As we embrace the energy of the imminent Spring Equinox and the ending of winter we embrace the sacred turning of the wheel with this beautiful afternoon of steam and sound offering us a nurturing immersive experience to ease and lean in.

Coming together in community to experience deep release and energetic alignment weaving ancient techniques of breath, steam, energy and sound.

We will share a beautiful experience of sauna and cleansing steam, stepping fully into our authenticity and letting go of ego, before sharing warming cacau and bathing in the frequencies and vibrations and powerful ancient healing sounds of gongs and crystal bowls allowing the body and mind to reset, realign and re awaken,

Together we will allow the releasing of stuck energy, and experience deep and full surrender and the powerful healing of community, connection with steam and sound.
