Sacred Sauna and Sound Ceremony - Sunday 18th Oct 10.00am-2.00pm

As we embrace the energy of Mabon and ease into Samhain with the turning of the Wheel and the Autumn Equinox we come together to celebrate the ending of Summer with this beautiful morning of steam, breath, sound and connection. Offering us a nurturing immersive experience to ease and lean in to this powerful shift and the change it offers us.

We will share a beautiful experience of sauna and cleansing steam, stepping fully into our authenticity and letting go of ego, before sharing warming cacau and breathwork and bathing in the frequencies and vibrations of powerful ancient healing sounds. A shamanic ceremony of gongs and crystal bowls that allow the body and mind to reset, realign and re awaken.............

Together we will allow the releasing of stuck energy, and experience deep and full surrender and the powerful healing of community and connection.

We will finish our morning together with a shared offering of  nourishing food provided by the wonderful The Reading Rooms.
