Sauna and Sacred Sound Ceremony - Sunday October 19th

As we embrace the energy of the Equinox and Mabon, moving towards the darker more dormant season, this beautiful afternoon of steam and sound offers us a nurturing immersive experience to ease and lean in.

Coming together in community to experience deep release and energetic alignment weaving ancient techniques of breath, steam, energy and sound.

We will share a beautiful experience of sauna and cleansing steam before sharing warming cacau and bathing in the frequencies and vibrations and powerful healing sounds of gongs and crystal bowls allowing the body and mind to reset, realign and re awaken,

Together we will allow the releasing of stuck energy, and experience deep and full surrender and the powerful healing of community, connection with steam and sound.

The sun is due to set at 6.00pm on this day, so we shall end our evening with a strole along the beach witnessing togerher the magic of the sun set............
