One to One Session

A truly deep session of healing, in which I will combine Energy, Reiki, Sound and Breath, to dissolve away stress, held anxiety and self limiting beliefs, leading the mind and body into a state of powerful transformational healing, harmonising the physical, emotional and spiritual self.

Thee can be powerful sessions, and you will be held in a safe and nurturing space to allow full deep release.
