A blissful celebration of Ostsra, as spring aproaches during a transition of Imbolc and Ostara and the Equinox, the threshold between Winter and Spring, where the light quietly returns, and the birdsong once again echoes through the native trees.
Here we become centred before movement, where all things have been equal, light and dark, finding alignment as we slowly begin to unfold, shed and gently and softly move forward.
Immersed in nature we embrace this return of light and all the life in all its forms that it brings.
We shall spend time together embracing this pure magic of with embodied movement and flow, transformative breath, healing sound rituals, sharing sacred circles, journaling, nourishing food, and most of all deep connection to both self and each other and nature.
