The Summer Solstice is a sacred time of year, celebrated for thousands of years as the longest day of the year, also known as Litha, the Pagan festival of light and energy, it offers us the most hours of daylight when 'the earth stands still'.
It is the height of the Sun's power, when we honour the abundance of nature, inner power and love magic in the air.
It is simply a time to feast and celebrate being alive...... gratitude for life and all its magic.
And so immersed in nature we shall spend time together embracing this pure magic of community with opportunities for embodied movement, breathwork, healing sound rituals (weather permitting), sharing circles, and most of all deep connection to both self and each other in nature.
Join us to embody the healing power of these ancient gathering practices in connection and community.
