One to One Sessions

A series of truly deep sessions of healing, in which I will combine Energy, Reiki, Sound and Breath, to dissolve away stress, held anxiety and self limiting beliefs, leading the mind and body into a state of powerful transformational healing, harmonising the physical, emotional and spiritual self.

As with any discipline, consistency is key. For the full impact of this healing, at a deep cellular level a number of sessions can be truly profound in changing our state of being.
